Welcome to Interval Counseling.
I believe everyone wants to be confident in their choices, feel a sense of purpose, and be connected with people they care about.
My job is to help create a path towards these goals even when navigating difficult circumstances.
Our habits and thoughts move us closer or further from taking responsibility in our choices and relationships. There are endless modern distractions one can use to avoid fear and escape the pain of depression, boredom, or isolation.
Breaking out of negative cycles starts with self-evaluation: How did you get here, what do you really want, and how do you get there?
I will help you answer these questions while providing unbiased support and honesty. My approach uses a combination of choice theory, existential psychology, and contemporary trauma theory to help clients create better lives.
If you’re looking to make a change, I would love to hear from you. Phone consultations are free, and I'm glad to provide referrals or resources that fit your needs.
